Isaac knelt down in front of a grave and placed a bouquet of flowers on it. A few tears fell from his eyes as he remembered the tragic accident he caused that happened nearly two years earlier.

"So I'll see you at seven tonight?" Isaac asked Abby, his girlfriend of two months.

"It's a date!" Abby exclaimed. She hung up the phone and went looking through her closet. "What to wear, what to wear..."

Two hours later, Isaac pulled into Abby's driveway. He went and rang the doorball, and Abby answered the door moments later.

"Hey!" Isaac said. "You look incredibly nice!"

Abby had decided on a short, black satin dress that had a floral print on it.

"Yeah, I clean up good, huh?" Abby asked, smiling. She gently kissed Isaac on the lips. "Bye mom!" she called.

Abby and Isaac got into Isaac's brand new, black Eclipse and they drove off. They took a short cut into the city on an old road that didn't have any street lights. It was pitch black outside which made it hard to see even with the car's high beams on, and Isaac speeding didn't help the situation. A storm that hit the previous night had knocked a huge oak tree over, and it layed across the road. Isaac didn't see it before it was too late.

"Isaac! Watch out!" Abby shrieked.

"Shit!" Isaac yelled.

Isaac slammed down on the brakes and the car swerved. He heard Abby's piercing scream, the screeching of the tires, the shattering glass, and then he blacked out.

The next thing Isaac felt was EMT's pulling his body out of the mangled car.

"Huh? Wha..where am I?" Isaac groggily asked.

"You were in a car accident, son," one of the EMT's answered.

Isaac was placed on to a stretcher and put in the back of the ambulance.

Oh my gosh...Abby. Where's Abs?! he thought.

"Where's Abby?! Is she okay?!" Isaac asked, scared to death of finding out the truth.

"I'm sorry. She didn't survive" the EMT said quietly. "She was killed on impact."

"She's with the angels now, Isaac. The sun never sets where she is. She's in a better place now, but she'll always be with you."

Here lies Abigail Scott. February 3rd, 1981-October 6th, 2000. May she rest in peace.
"Like a tender kiss holds this heart in me."

A million thoughts ran through Isaac's head in a matter on seconds as he read the epitaph on Abby's grave.

She was so young. So beautiful. So innocent. So perfect. Why did she have to die? It's so unfair.
