Officer Smax of the Neopolis Police Department is huge, blue, and invulnerable. He shoots powerful "force bolts" from his chest that can "smack" anybody down. He even knocks gods on their asses because he's so tough. Why he doesn't just take over the multiverse is quite incomprehensible.

A brooding, Teflon-skinned figure, he prefers to eat his lunch alone... although he once dated Synaesthesia Jackson.
