	Girl One		Bob "Blindshot" Booker	TOP TEN is just as detailed and relevant as V FOR VENDETTA, WATCHMEN, or FROM HELL, but it has a decidedly lighter tone and a more playfully ironic style, not to mention bizarrely amusing and cool characters.
Imagine an alternate Earth big city--Neopolis by name--in late 1999 where simply everybody's got super or "unusual" powers... or at least one cool gizmo... and where every single sci-fi, comic book, mythological, and pop cultural icon or subplot--from parallel universes to cyborgs to ancient gods and goddesses to Santa Claus--merge with limitless imagination....
