Welcome to Echo Lake Dairy Goats

Our family consists of Terry and Donna (Mom and Dad), Emily (age 18), Mike (age 14), 8 dairy goats and Jenny, our rottie puppy (all 120 pounds of her).

We are members of the American Dairy Goat Association and The Connecticut Dairy Goat Association. Donna is President of the Connecticut Dairy Goat Association and Leader of the Doesey Doats 4-H Dairy Goat Club. She is also the Chairperson of the Committee to bring the 2001 ADGA National Dairy Goat Show to West Springfield, MA. This is a huge undertaking but well worth the results. We have owned dairy goats for 15 years. Presently we have a small herd of Toggenburg/Alpine Experimentals which we show competatively. We have several GCH's that carry our herd name and we are very proud of them.

Emily and Mike are members of FFA and 4-H. Emily has just returned from the National FFA Convention in Kansas City. Emily is beginning college this fall and is planning on becoming a Vo-Ag teacher. Mike was just elected Jr. Vice President of his Vo-Ag Chapter, and president of his 4-H club.
