On November 30 1985, my sister was brutally murdered by GREG ASHFORD. He also has killed another woman and was convicted of Second degree murder.Also several other women were killed with Greg being a key suspect, however our legal system decided to let the other women die in vain.
He was found guilty and of two counts of murder, but will be able to apply for parole after 20 yrs.
As victims and citizens, we must demand better out of Corrections Canada and our justice system. As usual, our Liberal Government sits back and does nothing!
The system needs to be changed to help victims get over their loss, and ensure offenders never have a chance to kill again!.
Thanks to Corrections Canada this serial killer may be free in 2005. Do you want this killer living in your neighbourhood, around your family?
My sister is in a casket, this killer still enjoys his life. We need to consider capital punishment in Canada ! We need to do our best to stop violence against women!
