Sometimes I wonder if I am out of my mind.
I took my daughter and my 49 year old self to see AreoSmith at the meadows.
I forgot that my last rock concert was 30 years ago.

Nothing has changed much, and I had a good time, great show.
But, this morning, I am so nauseous and weak and shaky, that I can't go to work.

                

After September 11, 2001,...I vowed to put my daughter first.

Now it looks like my only chance to do that is to get myself in shape.

But I'm already in good shape, good weight, exercise, eat right.

                                                                    What do they say?
