Jinzouningen Juunanagou was granted life during the days when the Red Ribbon Army was still alive for the purpose of destroying Son Gokou after he destroyed the army. Juunanagou's sister, Juuhachigou, and Juurokugou have the same purpose.

Juunanagou is by far, the most evil of the jinzouningen. With his first activation he destroyed his creator, Dr. Gero, and with his second activation he did it again after he discovered all his human emotions had been erased.

Dr. Gero felt that by erasing the memories and human emotions in the twin androids, that they would obey him if their erratic, disobediant behavior was erased. Little did he know that by erasing their emotions it only angered them more. His fate was decided at the hands of Juunanagou as he punched a hole through his chest and kicked off his head.

After that, they activated Juurokugou and went out to look for the sick and weakened Son Gokou. On their way, they managed to torment a few humans and to their normal destruction until they were confronted by Bejiita- who was taken care of by Juuhachigou.

Then Cell arose and followed one step behind the jinzouningentachi until he managed to absorb Juunanagou and Juuhachigou. By then, Juunanagou was killed as he assimilated with Cell, making him half-perfect. Cell later absorbed Juuhachigou and became to his perfect form. At one point in the battle, Juuhachigou was 'spit up' and Cell returned back into his half-perfect form. Later however, he managed to revert back to his perfect form after the Z-Senshi thought they had killed him.

As Son Gohan finally killed Cell, Juunanagou was killed as well, but he was revived in the wish that the Z-senshi made when they asked Shenron to revive all people killed by Cell. Kuririn then asked for the Doomsday devices to be taken out of Juuhachigou and Juunanagou.

About a decade later, (DragonBall GT) in hell, Dr. Gero teamed up with Dr. Myuu and created an artificial Jinzouningen Juunanagou, Hellfighter Juunanagou, that looks exactly the same. Dr. Gero's goal was to have the two Juunanagou's fuse into one and form the ultimate Machine Mutant, also known as Super Juunanagou.

In this form, Super Juunanagou killed Dr. Gero again, and also Dr. Myuu. He, the original Juunanagou and Hellfighter Juunanagou, still had a grudge against Dr. Gero for erasing their memory.

Super Juunanagou, using his superior strength, almost killed Super Saiyajin 4 Son Gokou until Juuhachigou stepped in and distracted him. It was impossible for him to kill his twin sister. Son Gokou attacked and Juunanagou died yet again.
