This is the Dragon Ball Page. This is just the page that tells about the dragon balls on this site. Ya know the rules, how to use em, ext.
-All dragon balls must be found by using a scouter or radar.
-Dragon balls may only befound on planets that have them((see planets page)).
-You or your team must have all 7 dragon balls to summon the dragon.
-If you or your team have found the dragon balls and used up all the wishes then you or your team may not use the dragon balls or even look for them for another month.This is done so that other teams may have a chance.
-You must notify me if you or your team start looking for the dragon balls on any planet.
-Earth dragon balls have only 1 wish. It takes 4 days to find each ball with a radar and 3 days with a scouter. You or your team may only have the balls for 5 days, if you or your team have not used the wish by that time then the balls are re-scattered and you must wait another month to look again.
-Namek and New Namek dragon balls have 3 wishes. It takes 4 days to find each dragon ball with a radar and only 3 with a scouter. You or your team may only have the balls for 5 days, if you or your team have not used the wishes by that time then the balls are re-scattered and you must wait another month to look agian
Wishes:Yes thats right there are wish restricktions and here they are. You may ONLY wish for...
-500 to all stats for the summoner of the dragon or a specific person. Can only be wished for once each time.
-250 to all stats for one specific saibaman. Can only be wished for once each time.
-an item from the shop((one and only one)), can only be wished for once each time. There are many exceptions.
-a $5 increase in the banks interest for you and your team, this is a one time use wish, once you wish for this you may never wish for it agian.
-a move for you or your team that you or your team are capable of learning, mabey a different move for each member as long as each is capable of learning it, can only be wished for once each turn.
-to wish a member back from the dead, can wish for 1 member back for every one wish made.
-To wish a Saibaman back((must be done within 30 days)), can wish for 1 saibaman back for every one wish made.
-To Wish for $5000.

Now what happens if oh say 2 teams or 2 or more members are looking for the same set of dragon balls and one team gets 3 balls and the other gets 4. What happens then? Well its simple. Within the next 5 days of the occurance the 2 teams must fight. Or if a team battle cannot occure then 1 person from each side is chosen and they shall fight. The winning side wins the ball and the losing side loses a member untill the team re-collects the balls or unless a team gets nice and wishes em back.
