Desert Wings: Aviation in the Southwest

Whats new
            page

Desert Wings has been (and will continue to be) under renovation for several months. Many pages have been updated and many still have a ways to go. Broken links are being fixed and anything to do with Photobucket will be removed. As this is an ongoing project I do not have a good estimate on completion. The date in the lower right hand corner of a web page is updated to reflect work as it happens. The priority  has been a revamp of all F-4 pages. This included scanning slides at a higher resolution, but as scanning slides and negatives is a time intensive effort it has until April 20, 2022 to complete that and uploading them. The next step will be to ad the aircraft identities, units, locations and dates. The RCAF pages will also get attention as I go along. An easy way to tell if a page is in the process is the background color. The new color is illustrated in the box below, if it is something else than it is not current. (This page being an exception for the moment.)
