Thanks to CT for this recap:
10/4/03 OVW revives Matt/Holly TE3 incident - Jim Cornette announced to the audience that footage from the infamous Bob Holly/Matt Cappotelli incident that created some discussion on the internet and elsewhere was just recapped for the Television audience and then went on to introduce "Hardcore" Holly to the ring. Jim Cornette that he was going to give Holly the opportunity to defend his actions regarding the incident since no one has heard his side of the story. Holly basically said that he saw some potential in Matt during the filming of Tough Enough 3 and decided to find out if he had what it takes, and see just how tough he is. Jim Cornette jumped to Matt's defense acknowledging that the match was merely a practice match and not an all out brawl. Cornette told Holly that it didn't take much to blatantly blind side someone. Holly told Cornette that he was trying to teach Matt a valuable lesson, that being that in this world you must be prepared for anything. Matt Cappotelli made his way to the ring after a few other said words and really wanted a physical altercation from the looks of things. OVW Amateurs Mack Johnson and Seth Skyfire had to restrain Matt who was obviously very upset. Matt stated that it is cowardly to blindside someone and wanted to fight him right then and there. Unfortunately, or perhaps thankfully for Matt, Holly stated that he would not fight him this week, but instead wait for next week, so Matt could think about the beating he was going to receive. Holly stated that what he will do to Matt wouldn’t be considered murder, but suicide on Matt's behalf for stepping into the ring with Holly. The cameras cut to a commercial break as Holly continued to taunt the restrained Tough Enough 3 winner as he made his way to the locker room.

Nick Dinsmore & Rob Conway defeated Matt & John from Tough Enough 3 in a dark match this past Monday night (6/28/03). Everyone expected the TE winners to win, but Dinsmore and Conway put up a great match.

Raw 7/14/03: In a dark match, John Hennigan and Matt Cappotelli defeated Horshu and Aaron Stevens when Cappotelli pinned Stevens. The Tough Enough 3 winners looked good and the crowd was really into them.
Thanks to Chrissy for the following info:
Matt wrestled Paul Enormous at KY Kingdom last Friday night. He did better but lost again. He was wearing the pants that he has on in Sara's pictures!! Much better than the purple ones! From what they tell me his song, although upbeat, is a love song. I am not sure I don't recognize it off the top of my head!
Thanks to Sara for these photos. You can find lots more in the Fan Pics.
Thanks to Chrissy for the following info:
Just letting you know that Matt wrestled Friday the 13th at Kentucky Kingdom. He lost but he was really entertaining. They introduced him as Matt Cappotelli, he didn't use Flava. He also wrestled in deep purple pants with some sort of white palm tree looking design down the front and back of the legs. And of course he had his hair pushed back with a bandana. Woo hoo did he look great!
The OVW website isn't updated yet with the results and he and John still do not have any information on the website yet.
Some information, unfortunately I didn't think to bring a camera because they don't give specifics on all of the "filler" matches on the websites just the ...and more. So I didn't get any pictures but they will be back again the weekend after next and I promised my nephew that we would go since the Team Angle is supposed to be there. If he wrestles then I will get some pictures and try to send you some.
Matt and John are currently wrestling in OVW.

Matt was featured in the Democrat and Chronicle again on March 1, 2003. Click HERE to read the article.
At the 2/15 house show in MI, Matt teamed up with Maven to defeat Sean Morely and Christopher Nowinski.
The Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, had a huge article on the front page of their Sports section on Sunday regarding WWE TE3's Matt Cappotelli. Matt is a 1998 graduate of Caledonia-Mumford High School, which is just a bit southwest of Rochester; this is a case of "Local Boy Does Good", as Matt joins the ranks of Robert "Gorilla Monsoon" Marella and Joanie "Chyna" Laurer as Western New Yorkers who've made it big in the WWE.
Matt was the special in-studio guest on The Pain Clinic on Hot Talk 1280 WHTK in Rochester, NY and on www.feelthepain.net. Read the recap HERE.
