The Boys Are Back Atop Billboard 200

Backstreet Boys have ended Limp Bizkit's three-week reign atop The Billboard 200. The boy band's Jive album "Millennium" returns to the No. 1 spot in its ninth week on the chart, selling 272,000 units, according to SoundScan. Limp Bizkit's Flip/Interscope title "Significant Other" drops to No. 2 on the strength of 238,000 units. Ricky Martin's self-titled C2/Columbia opus remains at No. 3, with 197,000 units sold.

Meanwhile, opening with a splash on the album chart is Too Short's "Can't Stay Away" (Jive). The comeback set from the formerly retired rapper debuts at No. 5, moving 144,000 units.

Other top debuts this week include the soundtrack to "The Wood" (Jive), No. 16; Lil' Cease's "The Wonderful World Of Cease A Leo" (Undeas/Atlantic/Atlantic Group), No. 26; Gang Starr's "Full Clip: A Decade Of Gang Starr" (Noo Trybe/Virgin), No. 33; and Chris Rock's "Bigger & Blacker" (DreamWorks/Interscope), No. 48.

On The Billboard Hot 100, Christina Aguilera's "Genie In A Bottle" is crowned the new top song in the land. The single unseats Will Smith's "Wild Wild West" (Overbrook/Columbia), which drops to No. 2. Destiny's Child's "Bills, Bills, Bills" (Columbia) lands at No. 3.
