It is not fiction at all...
...even the Plutarkian Head Cheese, Lawrence Limburger, realised how much the good work-place music means. We all have our own favorites on the area of music, even the Biker Mice had their favorites and the most hated musics.
As a result of that I finally decided to put visible the names of the songs and the bands that has given the inspiration to the pics and writings of mine and that I have used in my pic/fics.
Common inspiration songs
These songs have given inspirations to me to make all kind of things. They have lead me to the right feeling when I`ve been writing or drawing something and I can consider these songs as "common inspiration givers:"
"Flash" from BB Cue from the collection-CD Trance Dance Hits `97 (Mecado) which includes songs from different artists. Usually this song has inspired be to write battles, fast ridings with bikes and somehow threathing situations. It gives the pressing feeling that forces to do somethinī and fast.
"U Tore My World Apart" from Cappella from the collection-CD 2nd Dynamite Dance (K-tel) which includes hit songs from different artists.
this song gives the aggressiveness to me when I write the parst where Mizeleingzelo must use her Powers. This song has been there to affect to many pictures of mine, as an example I could mention "Vinnie 2" picture that can be found from the Gallery 2. (see here)
Info Superhighway from 2 unlimited`s CD-album Real Things (ToCo) plays on the background of the part 2 of my fanfic "Megazone Family" and it`s lycrics have been written to there too. Info Superhighway plays also on the background of the part 3 and 4 that both are unpublished. Of course I have used it to inspire me more than with just these 3 parts but it hasnīt got that big role in the other parts than it has in these three parts.
Individual inspiration songs
These songs have given individual ideas mostly for my pictures.
Sir Yes Sir pt-mix from Captain Jack and its album The Mission gave me the idea to draw the "Army Look" picture (see here) where Mize and Venom appear in a bit army like clothes instead of their normal Megazone Fighter Death Uniforms.
Feel the Beat from Darude and his album Sandstorm has helped me a lot to see Mize`s depression and blaming feelings after Venomīs death.
I Got The Music aka I Got It (club edit mix) from 49ers at the Energy - X-travadance 2 CD that is a collection of the hits from different bands, has greatly affected to pictures Wanna Play? (mature art) and Wanna Play? 2 (mature art) on the background. It was that kind of song I could thought Venom dancing around the bar. Ah! Young flexible and muscular male-mouse, moving in my day dreams...**giggles**
Kuiskaus (Careless Whisper) from CatCat from its album Bye Bye Baby (Snap records) gave me the idea to draw the "Guilty" picture. The song is Finnish translation of the song called Careless Whisper but I don`t know who originally sang this song. I even wrote part of the lycrics to the picture, thought the words are translated from Finnish and customized to be the thoughts of Mize when she stands in the Death Park (some sort of cemetery with the stones but no graves under them) in front of Venom`s stone looking all the stones that inclused the names of her family-members.
Yksin sateeseen from CatCat and its album Bye Bye Baby (Snap records) tells a bit about the feelings when someone is leaving you and is not going to return to you anymore. It was also the inspiration song to "Sunset" -picture where Mize symbolistically looks to the sunset of her own life.
If someone has been wondering if he or she has somewhere heard the name of this band or the name of its album I may tell that this band represented Finland in a every-year song competition called Eurovision on 1994 with a song same named as the album. The CatCat didn`t make big success and the main reason to that, like with most of the Finnish languaged songs is that it`s hard to like a song if you don`t understand it at all and if the nature of the language is totally different than yours. It`s also hard to live with the song if you can`t sing even the most simple words being mispronounced them. (If ya have interested in the history of Finnish Eurovision songs please click here. Note: the page is (mostly) in Finnish unfortunately.)
