Died along with his four crewmates when their Wellington bomber crashed in Filey bay on the evening of 10th Oct. 16 O.T.U. was stationed at Upper Haysford, Oxford throughout the entire war and was eventually re-equipped with Mosquitoes. See commentry for more details on the aircrash. |
