All shipping costs listed are for US only, please Email us for INTL rates. INTL Paypal customers must purchase Priority Air shipping for tracking purposes, no exceptions. If package is not insured, the INTL customer must trace their package through their own Customs Office for disposition. Shipping is based on a cost only scale through Paypal. Any Paypal Cart order between $200-$400 will be charged a minimun $25 shipping/handling charge. These orders will be packaged for a correct shipping cost, and the customer contacted with a final order cost if more than the initial $25. There is a minimun $2 handling fee for within the US, and a minimum $3 for INTL. All shipping will be USPS and FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted. Only FedEx carries insurance, USPS insurance is extra, and must be added by the customer to their final cost of ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped without insurance. We will not falsify Customs Paperwork under any circumstances, and reserve the right to cancel any order minus any Paypal fees, if asked to do so. Taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. New Customs regulations require a phone number for any parcel over 4 pounds being shipped Internationally. Please be aware that if phone number is not given, we cannot ship an order. We are not able to accept Credit Card payments from Poland, Czech Republic, or Thailand, only Bid Pay, or Western Union payments can be accepted. Most orders shipped same day, to within 24 hours of ordering. If you are returning an order for any reason, shipping fees will not be refunded or credited. If a refund is due, and payment was made by Paypal, refund can only be returned via Paypal. Credit Card refunds will be credited to your account. Customers returning an item must contact us beforehand, and the item assigned a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to us within 7 days for replacement or refund.
