PROS
It's filled with a lot of twists, conspiracies, and romance. You will really get into the passion that drives these two main characters to succeed in every mission.

CONS
The plot is out of this world, so it can't really happen. The pace of the series seemed very rapid and story can be somewhat confusing until later episodes.

Earth's scientists have been experimenting with a blue cell which humans had a disease from. When scientits tested these cells on animals, things went terribly wrong. These creatures began to multiply and started wrecking all major cities. Many of the earth's armed forces had to leave the planet to prepare for war against these Blue creatures. On a spaceship called "Second Earth" humans began to build giant robots that would take on these creatures on Earth. The anime follows a commander, Marlene, who is their best fighter against the blue. On her trip to eliminate more blue, she encounters a frightened guy, Yugi, who is just shocked at all the destruction and deaths he has seen at the cause of these creatures. The creatures have a weakness, there's always a way to kill them by shooting out one of the holes on its head. Some creatures are harder to kill since these holes vary from creature to creature. When Yugi finally calms down he is eager to join the crew and fight against these savage creatures. He begins to train as a "sleeper", those that fight against blue no matter how tough they seem to be. Marlene and Yugi also share a connection, where she wants to be wherever he is all the time and fight alongst side. She later sees that Yugi can't control his emotions when he fights the blue. Some of his sleeper friends begin to have this rage too, so Marlene is scared that Yugi might go out of control himself. There are many betrayals between the crew and the high members of Second Earth. Marlene and Yugi have to figure out how they can stop these blue and protect themselves from their own crew as well.
