Dark Harvest (2004)
A group of friends travel to a farm house that one of them just inhereted. Soon they discover that the land and previous farmers had a dark secret involving corn and demonic scarecrows. This movie started off pretty cool with the history of the drought from the 1930's (known as the Dust Bowl) laying background for the rest of the story. I also liked the almost random characters who survived the deadly night. The girlfriedn dies and the lesbian lives?! Intresting. But that's where the inovation really ends. Everything else was just like every other scarecrow movie out there. At least it wasn't as bad as Scarecrow, or the even worse sequel Scarecrow Slayer. 2.5 out of 5.
