Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings

This really was the better of the two Pumpkinhead movies. In nearly every aspect, the film was much more enjoyable. The camera angles were awsome, and the directing was cool too. I liked the red filter they put on the camera when it showed Pumpkinheads view. The story was far better than the original too. It was intresting to actually learn something about the monster. It adds perspective. But my favorite things about the movie was the death scenes. In the first one, they were kinda vauge, and there wasn't a whole lot of gore. In this one, Pumpkinhead was more creative. I loved the radio preacher preaching about the devil during Ernst's death scene, and the calm country music played during the mailman's death scene. All in all, I give this one a 4.5 out of 5.
