Scream
Scream could be looked at in two ways. It could be looked at as a curse because it ushered in a whole new revival of crappy slasher movies like I Know What You Did Last Summer, Teaching Mrs. Tingle, a Psycho re-make, and Halloween H20. Sad to say I saw all of those in the theature. I was young, sue me! But you have to look past all of that because this was a great movie. When I saw it, it had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. It is really a brilliant film, with a good cast, and a great story filled with good writing and intresting twists. I really dug the characters, especially Randy, a fellow horror enthusiast, who explained the rules of horror movies to everyone. I respected the Wes Craven could let the characters poke fun at his past movies. 5 out of 5.
Characters

- Dewey: Deputy of the town. Comes off as goofy.
- Tatum: Sid's best friend, which is a bad role to be in during a movie like this. Squished by a gaurge door.

- Randy: Another friend of Sids. A real horror movie geek. My kind of guy! Shot but lives due to him being a virgin.
