Spiders
A decent movie, but nothing to rave about. The spiders looked cool, considering this was a straight to video release. The story is a trio of college journalists stumble on a military secret experiment involving mutant spiders. I'm not really sure how the spider grew from 6 feet to 30 feet in literally 15 seconds. I hate whan movies to that. I guess we're suppose to overlook that small detail, and say that it could be part of it's mutation or whatever, but come on! Another odd thing about movies like this is how the babe and the hunk always manage to lose articles of clothing as the movie progresses. Marci lost her geeky glasses then her sweater, and conveiniently falls in a pool (and why this green pool of water is in a military base is beyond me) of green water. Same with John. I'm not complaining or anything, I just thought I'd point out that trend in case any of you haven't picked up on it yet. Anyway, I give it a rating os 2.5 out of 5.
