Storm of the Century
A mysterious man walks into an island town right before a major storm hits. Soon bodies are hitting the floor and the stranger seems to be the one responsible. A pretty creepy movie, or at least as for a written for tv movie. No surprise since it's written by Stephen King. A pretty well developed cast of characters, and an interesting story makes this a very decent flick. The atmosphere was also a very cool thing to behold. Check it out if you have the four hours to spend. 3.5 out of 5.
Characters
- Mike: He's the law man and the butcher all in one! Seems to be the only real moral person in the whole town.
- Andre: Mysterious man who walks into the town and soon has members of the town killing themselves at his will.
- Molly: Mike's wife who runs the town daycare center.
- Robbie: Town manager (isn't that called a mayor?) who is of course a prick.

- Ursula: Runs the town hall, and holds the place together during the chaos.
- Billy: Cat's man who cheated on her, and she beats him with a cane. But to be fair, Andre was the one controling her.
- Peter: Fisher / drug runner. Man, his high school guidence counselor should be fired! Hangs himself.
- Davey: Teen boy who gets picked on a lot that he's too short to play basketball.
- Martha: Old woman who Andre beats to death with his cane.
- Roy: A fireman who is forced to kill himself via falling on an axe. Ouch!
