Wes Craven's New Nightmare
Eh. I hated this movie when I watched it ten years ago, but I decided to give it a fresh chance a decade later. It was a mistake. Are we suppose to believe that actors, directors, and everyone related to Hollywood is really that nice and down to earth? One of my pet peeves is rappers and atheltes in movies because they can't act. Directors fall into a sub-catergory on this one too. In general, I didn't like the direction of this sequel. It was just dull. 1.5 out of 5.
Characters
- Heather: Actress from the first and third film. Is haunted in 'real life' by Freddy.
- Robert Englund: Acter who plays Freddy in the Nightmare movies. Also haunted by Freddy. Confused? I haven't even go to the plot yet!
- Dylan: FREAK KID! Debatably good actor, but I just wanted to slap him! Kinda possesed by Freddy.
- Chase: Heather's husband. Dispatched by Freddy early on.
- Julie: Babysitter for Dylan. Stabbed and dragged over a ceiling.
- Wes Craven: Good director. Bad actor.
- Terry & Chuck: Special effects guys who are sliced up real nice.
