	I am NOT a naval architect and I do not claim to be trained in naval design.  
I am an AMATURE designer, who uses proven hull design types and puts my own twist and slant
on them.  I do not have time, funds, or space to build, store and test all of my designs 
with full sized boats. 
	Because of the above, I take no responsibility for anyone building one of my designs
and the boat not performing up to expectations. Nor do I take responsibility for any 
accidents, incidents, injuries or deaths resulting from the construction of any of my 
designs. Anyone building one of my designs does so at his or her own risk, with no recourse 
to lawsuits or penalties whatsoever (I don't have any worth anyways). My sole responsibility
will be to return the purchase price of the plans, if the design does not function properly, 
after all means to fix the problem (by me) have been exhausted (as deemed by me). Failure to 
correct a problem or use a solution as suggested by me, will void my responsibility to 
return the plans purchase price. Modifications not cleared through me will also void my
responsibility to return plans price.
 	 It will be assumed that this disclaimer has been read and agreed to:   If anyone 
builds a boat from plans or descriptions of my designs provided by me or anyone else, or are
obtained from my own, or any other Web site or information exchange group or anywhere else. 

This disclaimer may be altered any time, without notice and at such time will be fully
retroactive. If you do not agree with any aspect of this disclaimer.... DO NOT build the boat!
