Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings.

Some sites require 92345-bit connection security. Click the Help Me! menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.

Don't even bother going into this site. It sucks and the band is broken up anyway. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SoP 2.0, SoP 3.0, PoS 1.0, SoP 1.0.
