We here at the Watcher's Council, like many other governing bodies, have many responsibilities. One of them is the education of our Slayers and newly recruited Watchers. To make sure they are steered toward the most important and highest quality study materials, we have put together a Watcher's Council Approved Reading List. These works are mainly excerpts from Watcher Diaries and Volumes on Slayer and Demon Lore. (Okay, so they're really good pieces of Buffy Fanfic...) Each selection was nominated by one of our Senior Watcher's Council Members, voted on, and approved by the other members of the council.
