Such a beautiful singer, songwriter, musician, actress, dancer, and director.
This is my favorite site for Kate info.

Tori Amos

Tori Amos - the official site

If you had seen her in concert you were very emotionally moved.
When first heard on the album "Little Earthquakes", she was
compared with "Kate Bush" on part due to her swooping high pitched
vocals while playing piano. But subsequent albums have placed her
among the league of intelligent and provacative female songwriters.

Sarah Brightman

Sarah Brightman World

yet she sings many favorites in rock music gendre, too.
She took part in Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical "Cats" and

Enya - Official Website

One of the most popular artists in new wave music is Enya.
She is a beautiful singer, songwriter from Irland, on par with U2.
She and lyricist Roma Ryan have weaved rich textures of music
and lyrics into her albums. Her music is well layered with the
collages of her voice and electronic keyboards and synthesizers.
It is truely a beautiful wall of "surround" sound. Another link is
the official Reprise Records  website.

Stevie Nicks

Stevie Nicks - Official WebSite

From Buckingham Nicks to FleetWood Mac to Stevie
all by herself, this dedicated singer, songwriter still
rings like a bell in the night and goes her own way as
she likes it best down the road of success.

PJ Harvey

PJ Harvey - Official WebSite

Often described as a dark, brooding singer-songwriter with
various vocalizations from a moan to a screach,
Polly Jean Harvey sets poetry to beautiful melodies in
alternative rock music. She has been compared to Patti Smith, with
blues, rock balads, and punk styles in her music performances,
strutting on stage with her electric guitar in provacative attire.
She doesn't mince words concerning love and sex in her lyrics.
But what you get here is a varied artist, every album different.
