On a trip to England in August of 1999, we were fortunate enough to see Stonehenge. As soon as I started to walk from the parking lot to cross over to Stonehenge, I saw a crow. My Native American mentor had told me that seeing a crow meant that magic was in the air and to really tune in to the environment.

I subsequently noticed that one of the tour guides had a dowsing rod. As I engaged her in conversation, the talk became one of the metaphysics of Stonehenge, and of the ley lines and power points.

The next thing I noticed was that where there were natural, man made gaps in the stones, I would feel a pleasent tingling in my spine and head. Where there was a stone, I would feel nothing. If a stone that was supposed to exist was missing or fallen, I would get a headache.
I felt the ancient power that day.

My family and I took many pictures of Stonehenge. Some of them are here on the sh links.
