yo yo yo! the bands page is updated, that shit looks like the shizzy! more to come!

split 7's full length cd "then and now" is being delayed due to problems with the studio theyre currently usin; they left that studio. the guys are going to start over with new songs and record at the notorious Love Juice Laboratories very soon. until then, a 8 song split CD is in order. split 7 will team up with Downey's Life At Last on this one. it should be a hit! coming soon!
