Karo-As's Ar 68E is still only kit in 1/48 scale. Classic Airframes will release their kit in late 2002, but if you like to build one right now, Karo-As kit is good choice.

There is two sheets of vac formed parts, consist fuselage, wings, tailplane, cockpit walls and floor.
As usually, there is small bumps which must be removed.  All panel lines are engraved and canvas surface is fine.

Resin parts are for struts, propeller, pitot, landing gear and parts for cockpit: control column, pedals, seat and instrument panel. Resin parts are casted in hard resin and small parts are quite brittle.
There is a L O T of cleaning up. There could be some airbubbles, my example had some small in main landing gear, but they are easy to fix. Detail isn't extraordinary, but parts are usable.

Decals are quite good, but badly yellowed. Maybe "sunlight treatment" will help.
There is three option for Luftwaffe, white 11 from unknown unit 1936,  < | from unit unknown 1938  and white 6 from III/ JG 171. Swastikas isn't included.
Fourth option is for Legion Condor 9*1.

Instructions aren't very good, there is only one diagram. Resin parts are numbered in instructions sheet. Also a template for windscreen is given.
1/48 scale drawings looks like good and there is also a drawing for cockpit.
Painting instructions is good, RML codes and names are given.

Conclusion
If you find it and price is reasonable, there is no reason why anybody couldn't build it to really good model. I didn't measure it, but its looks just like Ar68 in the box.
Go for it!
