Contents OK, here we have a only 1/48 I-15 kit. What it is like? Well, you'll get two vac formed sheets, some injected parts, small decal sheet and vac formed canopy. Main components ( fuselage, wings, elevators ) are nicely vacformed with engraved details. There is some small "bumps", which is quite easy to remove. Also cowling and cockpit floor are in the in the vac sheet.
Injected parts are brown, quite hard plastic. There is some flash, but nothing serious, they need only cleaning and some thinning. You'll get for cockpit pilots seat, control column instrument panel and headdress. Engine ( two halves ) and propeller are quite good. Landing gear and all struts are provided. Decals are for two aircraft, one Spanish and one
Soviet. In my exsample decals are badly yellowed.
Instructions are worst part of this kit. It's
not alway clear which part goes where. Like for wing struts there isn't
any help, only drawings in 1/48 scale. So some measuring is necessary to
get them into right place. Test fitting and common sence is needed with
this kit. There is not any rigging diagram, so reference material is essential
to build accurate model.

Conclusion
It surely needs some extra details and work. At least some details in the cockpit and exhaust pipes, which are missing. Engine is quite visible and it needs also some attention. It's typical old MPM vacu and concerinng it's
age, it is excellent!
