The building that houses the academy is nearly indestructible. It can stand against hurricane winds up to two hundred miles per hour, severe flooding and intense fire. It is practically self-sufficient and its inhabitants could survive for several months without outside contact. Sparing no expense, it contains technology, laboratories, and equipment that rival the CIA. |

Below the three primary levels lies a subterranean base. The contents of the Xbase can be seen in the floor plans. Access to the basement level is limited to team members and the students have no knowledge of its existence. |
