Belokk was designed and made by Eurocom, the company that converted MK4 for the home consoles. Apparently, Midway didn't want to stick him in MK Gold. Perhaps this was because he was created by a different company. It's not too likely Belokk will still make an appearance in MK5, unless he was kept out of MK Gold by time constraints. Belokk has no storyline.
