My Old Fish Room

This is a little about my old fish room we'll get into my new one a little later.

My 75

This is the first tank I ever purchased it is a 75 gallon tank it had a hood, stand, light, filtration and all the goodies and I paid $100 for it.What a deal. That's what sucked me in.I've been doing fish ever since about 6 or 8 years. This tank was just to the right of the next picture on the east wall of my fish room. This was my pairing off tank. I put medium size fish in it and let them mature and pair off. This tank was the perfect size and enviornment for the pairing off process.

The East Wall

This is the east wall of my fish room.It was mostly for established breeding pairs and fry.The top 29 on the far right housed a breeding pair of Texas Cichlids and the bottom 29 housed a breeding pair of Red Terrors. The 30 gallon to the left of those was home for a pair of Jack Dempseys. There was also a 10 gallon below that, that held Fry.The 2 tanks to the left of that were 20 gallon talls and they held a pair of Curviceps that wouldn't stop breeding and a pair of Rainbow Cichlids. The last 6 tanks to the far left were 10 gallon tanks and they held Fry also.

The North Wall

The north wall of this was 2-15's,2-20 extra highs, and 4 tens. The 20 extra highs worked good for my medium sized angelfish pairs. The left 15 had a pair of large Convicts breeding in it and the right 15 had a pair of Green Terrors in it.The 10's were again used for fry to reach the size to be put in the growout tank.
