Rules for membership in Outkast

• Membership in Outkast is a privilege and not a right.
• Your vehicle has to have at least 3 customs of show quality. Fuzzy dice in not considered a custom.
• You must attend 2 consecutive meetings to be considered for membership.
• There will be not shit-talking about the club or other members.
• You must be able to get along with the rest of the members.
• You must be faithful to the meetings. Absences for work and unavoidable occurances will be excused.

Outkast has been a club for 4 years. We have come from being a small club with a few members to one of the best clubs on the Gulf Coast. We meet every other Sunday night behind McDonald's at Edgewater Mall in Biloxi at 7:30p.m. If you have a phat ride come and check it out.
