In November of 1971 Jeremy was brought into this world. Jeremy's father Jake was a motocross racer and he supported everything that his son did. Jeremy rode with his dad on family land outside of San Francisco pretty much when ever he wanted to and he was given his own bike a YZ 80 in 1985. Since his dad was a mechanic, young Jermey Learned about the bike . Riding his yamaha and perfecting his jumping techniques on a BMX bike Jeremy showed real promise. He entered his first race in June 1986 and worked in a Honda shop as a grocerystore bager to gain money.

Every motocross racer has an idol like Travis Pastrana's idol was Doug Hennry but Jeremy has more then one idol. His idols inclued Jonny O'Mara, David Baily, Damon Bradshaw, and Ricky Johnson. Till this day Jeremy still idolizes them.

In 1989 Jermey made a big leap and started racing professional races. His first year he got 8th in the AMA Westren Supercross Regional Supercross Series. He turned heads wiht his incredibly smooth and precis riding style that won races and left him with very few injuries. Every rider was working out, watching their diet, mand training religiously all Jeremy did was ride and ride some more. His results were nothing short of astonishing.

In 1991 Jeremy won the Western Regional Supercross title. He also repeated his season again 1992 but in 1993 Jeremy stunned the world. Jeremy took the 250 Supercross National title in his rookie year on the 250. This was the time when he started dominateing the sport.

To say he started dominating the sport is almost understatement. Between 1991 to 2002 Jeremy ruled the spot. It was his kingdom. He won a record of seven Supercros titles and changed the sport. Jeremy is like the Michael Jordan of supercross.

His success can be seen in the ever-increasing television covrage and attendance of supercross events. Jeremy even has his own video games, action figures, remote-control cars, a tedy bear, and a boble head figure.

Jeremy is pretty happy with his lifestyle right now. Despite some injuries, he still manaded to finsh third overall in the 2002 Supercross season. In August 2002 Jeremy got married to his longtime sweetheart Kim Maddox, moving him to the next step of his life a phase that he hopes will soon lead to his own family.

With all of his accomphishments his career comes to an end in 2003. He moved from Yamaha to KTM. He has sistaned a lot of injuries since his move. He was knocked out in Europe and later dislocated his hip. He desided to retire. "I was not having fun anymore and I told myself if I was not having fun I would quite" replied Jermey. He may be done racing pro but will aways see him at the races. We all wish Jeremy good luck!
