On Friday Feb 7th 2003 a FTAA press confrence was called at the Ritz Carlton in Montreal. Concerned citizens protested globalisation outside. Journalists where treated to some really good coffee and information dealing with Canadian/American soft wood trade. After the FTAA press conference was over the organizers of the protected held their own conference to explain their qualms with the FTAA. It should be noted that no main stream media decided to attend this second conference.
