Sea People

Sea People live in the water. They may (if they wish) come out of their realm in human or animal form, but infrequently do so. Sea People can talk to creatures under the water, and most families have a pet or two. Not greatly concerned with the world above, the Sea People lived in peace until the world war polluted their home and killed so many of them.

Friends and Enemies: Humans ignore Sea People, as do most of the races, except Elves, who are, to a degree, friends with the sea dwellers.
