Vincent's History
Okay, I don't know much about Vincent but I know as much as you can learn from playing FF7. I havn't got a f**king clue where he was born and where he was raised. He probably had a pretty normal life, then he bacame a turky. When he was 27 he went on a mission to be the bodyguard of three scientists as they went to check out this Jenova thing in Nibelheim. One of them was a woman called Lucrecia, whom he fell in love with. Vincent walked her back to her house a few nights and got some.
One night, at Nibelheim's entrance he got dumped by Lucrecia as she was in love with another man. A scientist, Hojo (and if Hojo looked anything like his son, I don't blame her) Hojo and Lucrecia got married.
Vincent was crushed that Lucrecia went off with another guy but he said he didn't mind, and he didn't. As long as she was happy. One night he saw Hojo and Lucrecia making out at Nibelheim's entrance and ran off, shaking his head.
If you've read the Sephiroth's Past section,you'll know what happened, Lucrecia had Hojo's kid, she was reported dead and had to run away and Vincent got pissed off at Hojo for treating his wife and Sephiroth so badly (Vincent thought that he was Sephiroth's father and only found out the truth just before Hojo's death)
He confronted Hojo in his lab and started shouting at him. Hojo got tired of Vincent's shouting and shot him. After shooting him, Hojo did weird experiments on Vincent and gave him an iron claw and freaky limit breaks. When Vincent woke up (I don't know how the f**k Hojo ressurected him,) he looked at what Hojo had done and tried to scream but a strange animal roar came out instead. Vincent, totally depressed and blaming himself for all that had happened to the woman he loved, and the baby whom he thought was his own son, went to sleep in a coffin (I don't know where he got his new clothes from because Hojo left him with his Turks uniform)
Thirty years later, Vincent was woken up by Cloud and agreed to join him if he would meet Hojo (I guess he only cared about Lucrecia, as he didn't mind killing Sephiroth,(his so-called "son" ).
After staying with Cloud,Vincent meets Lucrecia (you don't have to meet her, it's just an extra thing.) He talks to her and reveals some of Sephiroth's past. Lucrecia, desperate for her son asks Vincent if Sephiroth is still alive. I don't know why but Vincent told her that Sephiroth was dead. If only he'd told the truth... Sephiroth might've been stopped...
