Secluded Woods Site Plans
Because nearly all of the wetland on Secluded Woods was considered non-regulated by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, the 2000 site plan did not account for it, except for a small regulated area near the south property line. After the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers got involved, all of the wetland was considered federally regulated, and therefore, the 2002 site plan avoids most of it as delineated.
