The latest wetland boundaries with the so-called upland break
This is the strategic so-called "upland break" that caused the MDEQ to not require a permit for impacts to about 3 acres of already very tightly delineated wetland on Secluded Woods. The blue circle marks the alleged "upland break" area. The yellow area to the north is all considered non-regulated wetland. The small yellow areas to the south are the only areas considered regulated by the MDEQ.
