I didn't find any images of Gotham for Batman & Robin, sorry… All I can say is that the impressive city that was inspired from Fritz Lang's Metropolis, and looked like a nightmare version of New York in the first two films, now, for Batman & Robin, looked like a huge circus. Ultra-kitsch scenery and colorful fluorescent lights everywhere. Certainly it didn't look like a nightmare city that oozes crime.
