To Rejoin Into CD Rom Sized Pieces.

1.        Open BBmpeg and click start encoding then Settings (see diagram 1).

2.      Select the Input and Output Files tab click the open PS find the mpg file and double click on it (e.g. D:\scooby.mpg) (see diagram 2).

3.      Open VS find the m1v file and double click on it (e.g. D:\scooby.m1v).

4.      Open AS 1 find the mp2 file and double click it (e.g. D:\scooby.mp2).

5.      Click on the Program Stream Settings tab and on program stream type click VCD.

6.     Then click on the General Settings tab and on the multiplexing start/stop/size options at the bottom of the menu select the max size (Mb) box and type in 600 if you are copying a longer film then type in 650 this should allow you to copy the VCD onto 2 CD Roms.

7.       Click Start and leave it to run.

8.      This process takes about 15-20 minutes and you will have 2 or 3 files of the same name but a different number on the end (e.g. D:\scooby00.mpg and D:\scooby01.mpg)

When you download the software you need it is advisable to make a new folder (e.g. DVD copying) and save each program in its own named folder (e.g. C:\DVD copying\Smartripper etc.) for ease of use in the later stages of the processes.
