ROCKETMAN: THE COMPLETE COLLECTION
Rocketman (later both Rocket-Man and Rocket Man) and Rocketgirl first appeared in the Chesler/Dynamic Comics magazine "Scoop". Harvey Comics printed one story in "Hello Pal", while Chesler/Dynamic came back from 1944 to 1946 to publish their stories in "Punch". Later, Superior Publishers took over "Punch" and continued the series, finishing it in December 1947 in "Red Seal" #22. Both Rocketman and Rocketgirl wore jet packs on their backs. When the series stories were reprinted in St. John Publications, he was renamed "Zip-Jet".
