This Petitioner, George Desmond Brown, hereinnow responds to the subject Motion:
1. The State’s (Defendant’s) Motion To Strike, etc. is further evidence of the State’s endeavors to serve and protect organized crime within the Court’s jurisdiction.
2. The State has failed to deny the charges of harassing this whistle blower and those who have helped him.
3. The State has sought to deny the Petitioner’s right to seek redress of grievances and to represent himself before the Court.
4. In further explanation of ongoing events this Petitioner hereinnow appends supporting documents: i.e. a letter dated 20 May 2003, subject: "Blessing Vs. Curses" to Governor Jeb Bush, with enclosure thereto.
5. Wherefore, the Petitioner requests the Court to examine all the facts, to act righteously, to correct iniquities, and to order the relief and restitution sought in the Initial Brief.
