DID HELEN TANOS HOPE HANDLE YOUR ADOPTION?
In 1994 some of Helen Tanos Hopes records were discovered in a dumpster in Davie, Florida. Helen Tanos Hope died in 1994 and it seems a relative of hers decided to "get rid" of the files. A business man discovered the files and contacted the police and the records were retrieved. A Broward County Judge, Richard Liss has assigned another attorney to take Helen Tanos Hopes files. Her name is Linda McIntyre.
Linda McIntyre has a master listing of all birthmothers and adoptees whose adoptions were handled by Hope. Send a notarized letter to Ms. McIntyre asking for any and all information concerning your adoption. Also add that you give your permission for release of information to the adoptee or birthmom, should they contact her. Ms. McIntyre can be contacted at:
