I saw an angel. His hair was black with the smallest detections of blue and silver. He had on a large black robe and his skin was kind of pale. He reminded me of someone I know but I couldn't quite figure out who. Behind him were two large silver wings. They weren't like stereotypical angel's wings; with feathers and such; but, rather like a butterfly's wings. The veins that are usually unnoticable on a butterfly wing stood out in the angel's wings because they were a glittery silver color. They shimmered and seemed to glow. The part that would be the membrane of the wings, or perhaps the skin that caught the air and allowed flight, was almost transparent but still a shimmery silver color. He said to me, "I am the angel with the silvered wings. I appear unto you for you are the angel with the scarred wings. Look unto yourself and find your true being and you shall understand what I speak of. You are the scarred one. But under the scars lie beauty beyond comparison. Look into yourself and find what you are. Share with others and enrich their knowledge of you. What you are looking for shall soon be found. Do not worry. Find your beauty and show it, for you are the scarred one and you have yet to find yourself. I leave you now." And then he leaned towards me and kissed me on the forehead and then he was gone. I stood there for a moment or two and then I caught a glimpse of something out of the corner of my eye. I turned my head and on my back I could see a pair of wings, much like the angel's wings. But mine had scars instead of silver.
