Greetings,I hope that you are in good spirits today, and every day. This site has been created in the interest of sharing knowledge to all who seek.

This center has its roots in northern Shaolin kung fu, while accepting marital artists with diverse backgrounds and interests of training. Instructors have prior ranking and or training to include but not limited to; Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Tae Kwon Do, Shotakan, Kenpo, Akido and Reiki. This enables teachings to cover a wide variety of knowledge.

This site also offers the opportunity to contact and share with other martial artists with open minds and hearts. In the hopes, that we may all grow from one another in mind, body and spirit.
