Brassavola angustata

Origin Brazil, Guyana, Suriname
Plant description Quill-like, terete leaves, thin and curved over about 20-30 cm long, 2-3 mm wide.
Growing Very little known about its cultivation other than the fact that it produces strong smell of carnations (cloves).
Blooming Season ???
Flower size and shape to 5 cm accross and lip 3-4 cm long, 1.2 - 1.4 cm wide.
Colors and fragrance From the picture in Dr. Withner's book, the flowers appears to be greenish, with the petals are narrower than the dorsal sepals. Lip is narrow pointed at the tip, curved down a little, yellow/green near the throat.
Comments I have yet to have the chance obtaining this species. Will love to get a division of it.
