Maybe they are too simple definitions and may lead to misundertanding. ................[REPLY BY STEVE: You are right....... some are very simple]............... Some of which I don't agree are: Humble (not vain, for a person; or "something" poor, not someone) [REPLY: Yes, usually it is a poor house or humble house. A humble person is not vain.] .......................... and shove (a rough push)..................................... In regard to the word grieve, I have problems with the pronoums and prepositions that follow it. It's more a usage problem. There´s a song which says: "I grieve for you, you'll grieve for me." Is it to cause suffering or to suffer? ...... [REPLY ... grieve = it is close to suffer......... I will be sad for the dead person, I will grieve for the dead person.]
