#22 Theresa Wagner M

2001: Theresa Wagner was a key midfield reserve for the CyberRays and was used in situations demanding more offense. In the May 6 game against the Philadelphia Charge, Wagner's shot in the 53rd minute banged off the crossbar and was headed in by Sissi, giving Wagner her only assist of the season.

Previous experience: Wagner was an all-Pacific-10 Conference selection in the 2000 season for the Washington Huskies, who won their first conference championship and the No.2 seed in the NCAA playoffs. She was a four-time all-Pacific 10 Conference player who started 69 of the 78 games she played. Wagner led the team with 12 assists and ranked second in goals scored with 10 in an 18-3 senior season. She is tied for first on the Huskies' career goals scored list with 27 and first in assists with 26. As a high school player at Lakeside, she set the Washington AA career scoring record of 120 goals on a team that won state championships in 1995 and 1996.
