Felony Convictions and
Paternity Fraud
As of July 1, 2001, men will become criminals
under a new Florida statute providing for 3rd degree felony convictions and
jail sentences of men who are in arrears of court ordered child support
(including alimony, health insurance costs, guardian ad-litem fees, and of
course, the ever popular attorney fees for the ex wife).
One way to get your DNA Paternity case
BEFORE THE COURT is to combine the Felony DADS law with the new law allowing
for THE USE OF DNA evidence IN CRIMINAL
CONVICTIONS WITH A TWO YEAR STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.
Do not pay child support for children
that are not yours. Let the arrearages accrue. Go to court and be convicted of
a felony under the Felony DADS law. Go to jail and start serving your sentence
(5 years in jail for a 3rd degree felony).
Petition the court to provide an
attorney for you, as mandated by the U.S. Constitution and Florida statute.
Petition the state for Use of DNA evidence. Ask for DNA paternity testing.
Appeal your conviction in the State
Appeals court and even in Federal Court for a violation of civil rights and
wrongful imprisonment.
Flood the court system with this
scenario and see how fast the law changes.
Do we want 30% of the men in Family Courts sitting in prison. Are there enough prisons? What about guards?
And how about the extra work this would require of our wonderful criminal
justice system, which is already overtaxed?
See how fast the legislators will pass
paternity fraud bills and the family court judges will start allowing DNA
evidence in court.
The only way to stop this problem
before it gets started is to pass legislation regarding paternity fraud and to
allow, and yes, even mandate DNA testing in all child support and/or custody
cases.
Free Paternity Fraud Victims from being
held accountable for crimes they did not commit.
Hold the Paternity Fraud Perpetrator
responsible for crimes she committed.
Stop the enslavement of Paternity Fraud
Victims and their Families.
